Our Dance as a Community Movement Workshop
This session is an individual and group movement experience. It is a reminder to awaken in our bodies the playfulness, enjoyment, strength, the ability to go beyond our thoughts and let our bodies express themselves. Dancing from the individual and collective inspiration. Feeling how the community strengthens and exalts our dances. What do I feel when I observe the movement of others? What moves me about the other body? How can I support his/her dance so that the other continues to enjoy it? The body, the gaze, the listening and our presence as anchors of joy, safety and trust in the group.
May our bodies be free to move closer and further away from the others, without obligation to remain in the dance. This session is a moment of dialog, respect, listening and freedom of our dances.
Morning Movement Awaken Body
This is a movement training session to start the day together and prepare the mind/body to receive the rest of the journey. Through different movement tools and techniques we will bring awareness to our breath, alignment and relationship amongst the different parts of the body. We will wake up articulations and joins and will bring length to our muscles.
This proposal is a full training session to bring focus to our entire body and to start the day connecting our body, heart and soul.”
