Inner Peace – Yin Yoga with Sound Healing
Sound healing activates the body’s self-healing system, soothing the nervous system and encouraging the release of tension from the mind and body. The healing vibrational frequencies encourage brainwaves to slow down into a meditative state. The gentle and slow practice of yin yoga softens tight muscles and releases tension and stress from the facia (deeper connective tissues). A beautiful connection is cultivated through softening the body during the long held poses and the relaxation of the breath. These two elements together are the perfect combination to cultivate a harmonic space to nourish the mind and body and let go of anything that doesn’t serve us.
