Animal Flow is a ground-based, bodyweight workout that combines movements inspired by animals to improve strength, mobility, and coordination. It is a form of quadrupedal movement training (QMT) that uses body weight as resistance and involves a combination of crawling, rolling, jumping, and crouching to work multiple muscle groups at once. The practice can include distinct exercises like the “Beast” or “Crab,” which are linked together in continuous sequences called “flows”.
