Ashtanga Led Primary
Ashtanga is a dynamic form of yoga that uses the breath to increase flexibility and strength and to access the body-mind connection. Jam packed with action and bhav, or flavor, of the ashtanga yoga tradition, each posture and vinyasa (breath-movement) are counted in Sanskrit. The pacing is even but continuous, allowing students to ride the wave of the breath and tune into the moving meditation that is the goal of ashtanga yoga.
