Ecstatic Dance

Kannakee with Ecstatic World offers a bespoke curation of an Ecstatic Dance session of 2 hours, inclusive of an opening circle and warm up, an ecstatic dance set and a closing and sharing circle. It can be combined with live music, sound bath and a cacao ceremony. A big piece of our agreement with Ecstatic Dance is to hold space and honour the depth of vulnerability of this honest practice, hence we do not film or photograph our sessions and respect the privacy of the participants, unless a collective consent is taken.
It is an invitation for everyone to enter a safe / sacred, judgement free space that is delicately held. To find bliss in moments of freedom and joy through movement, stillness, authentic expression, connection with the self and others in a substance free environment. Allowing the music to take us on a magical journey. Dropping all our masks and coming clean as we are. To love and shine.
