Yoga & Journaling are two powerful practices that allow for introspection & understanding of the self. Allowing us to reflect on our experiences, identify patterns, and gain insights into our strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth. Combined together we achieve a clearer & deeper reflection on whats going on deep within.
In this session we start with an intention you will be prompted to focus on throughout, we will breath, connect, flow, open our heart, journal, release and just allow whats meant to unfold and be come higher & clearer into our consciousness. And as we write and see it on paper maybe we are more motivated to take action to whats calling to & upon us today.
Gentle Restorative yoga
Restorative yoga taking a deep journey within that focuses on the passive release of mind-body tension. Its about supporting your body, allowing it to relax, heal and recover. Its a meditative type of yoga in which you hold poses or asana for an extended length of time, focusing on the breath while releasing tension in the body.
Techno Yoga (Hibbah El Sayad, Sarah Abdelmoneim, Frogmoose)
Techno yoga a new & unconventional experience flow to techno music. Yoga is about getting to meet yourself somewhere, somehow & the more the diversity the more you meet yourself differently so this experience will Allow exactly that! Its fun, exciting and truly liberating. The energy & vibe will keep you energized for the rest of the day
